The International Institute of Chartered Educational Practitioners (IICEP) identified a significant gap in the industry knowledge and professional development of its members. The primary challenge was to empower members with the necessary skills and insights in Personal Branding, Personal Image, and Effective Professional Development. The goal was to enhance their competencies and professional presence, ensuring they remain competitive and relevant in their respective fields.
Approach
To address this need, a comprehensive and customised training programme was developed and delivered. The programme was designed to meet the specific requirements of IICEP’s members, focusing on the key areas identified as critical to their professional growth.
Key Features of the Program
- Needs Assessment and Consultation: The initial phase involved in-depth discussions with IICEP’s management and key stakeholders to understand the specific areas of focus and tailor the training to meet these needs.
- Designing Tailored Training Packages: Based on the insights gathered, bespoke training modules were crafted. These modules covered essential topics, including the development of a strong personal brand, the importance of personal image in a professional setting, and strategies for ongoing professional development.
- Professional Delivery of Training: The training sessions were conducted by me, ensuring high-quality delivery that was both engaging and informative.
